Not content to rest there, many of the flavours on your plate are created fresh, in our charcoal oven, in-house every day.

It’s simple – we do everything we can to make the best culinary experiences possible. We sear over charcoal in our Josper oven. We smoke over applewood our bacon, salmon and tomatoes. Our chefs prepare fresh Ricotta, Labneh, Harissa, dressings, sauces, and jus and our in-house butchery guarantees the finest cuts. We believe all that extra effort is worth it and evident on your plate.
